Each year end I take the time to look back at the wonderful photo tour trips and photography shared with my guests. I like to feature images which tell the best stories
I take a look back at 2023 and all the underwater trips I hosted this past year. Each was a pleasure and was blessed with good weather and encounters. Some exceeded all expectations and prior experience. Some I will not revisit for a while to make room for new experiences.
Another busy year of travel is coming to a close. Things feel back to normal but my take away from the pandemic was to take advantage of last minute, small, and local underwater opportunities. This year presented old favorites and new locations that may become annual favorites.
2021 was a year to make up for postponed trips from 2020 but also to find new destinations and offer last minute trips to places open for travel. I was happy to return to favorite places like South Africa and Mexico while adding special experiences like the Sardine Run and Polar Bears. Contained herein I describe some of my favorite moments of 2013 with the accompanying images. I had a great year starting with sailfish in Mexico, then manatees and cageless tiger shark adventures, whale sharks and giant mantas. Also 2 different trips to South Africa for safaris groups yielded many great stories and memories. Very happy to share this with you.
