2021 was a year to make up for postponed trips from 2020 but also to find new destinations and offer last minute trips to places open for travel. I was happy to return to favorite places like South Africa and Mexico while adding special experiences like the Sardine Run and Polar Bears. My 2021 Photo Tour to Churchill Canada for Polar Bears was very successful. We found and photographed over 11 different bears include males, females and cubs. Many were close to our cars and encounters lasted for hours at times.
My 2019 Polar Expedition to Churchill Trip Report features a description of how we get out to the bears and my photo results. We had many bears and some with cubs this year. It was one of the best seasons I have experienced.
